ERIKA CHINICH

Master Hypnotherapist
As a Mind-Body Transformation Coach, Erika blends guided visualization, breathwork, somatic and nervous system regulation, and belief and identity work to support those seeking meaningful change. Her work restores balance and harmony within the nervous system, creating space for deep relaxation, confidence, and freedom from old patterns.
Erika has spent the last two decades in the healing and wellness field, guiding clients toward lasting transformation. She began her journey as a yoga instructor at The Center for Health and Healing in Toms River, NJ, where she gained a deep understanding of the connection between body, mind and spirit. Her path expanded as she trained as a certified massage therapist at The Center for Massage and Natural Health in NC, and as a Reiki Master at Kripalu Center in Stockbridge, MA.
While massage and energy work brought profound relief, Erika discovered that the deepest and most lasting changes began in the mind. This insight led her to train as a life coach and earn her certification as a Master Hypnotist through HMI College of Hypnotherapy in Tarzana, CA. Over the years, she has integrated these diverse modalities to help clients uncover and release the subconscious patterns that hold them back.
Whether you are seeking to overcome anxiety, strengthen self-worth, improve relationships, or release old habits, Erika brings compassion, insight, and expertise to help you create lasting transformation. Click on the "courses" tab to see some self-paced programs Erika has created!
